Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, located in the heart of
Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute Care
Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an integral part of
our medical services, the Acute Care Nurse will provide critical
nursing care to patients with severe and urgent health conditions
in various units such as emergency, cardiology, and oncology. The
ideal candidate will possess a passion for healthcare and a
commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care.
Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in an
acute care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment
plans, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records
and follow all compliance requirements. Strong clinical skills in a
high-acuity environment Proficient in using electronic health
records Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid
registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred.
