and directing Physical Therapy services to residents, which
includes assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation,
documentation, and communication, all under the guidance of
physicians' orders. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering
Physical Therapy services to residents and initiating referrals as
needed, following departmental procedures. Conducting regular
screenings of residents to assess the need for intervention or
treatment. Evaluating residents to gather necessary data for
treatment planning and execution. Performing specialized
evaluations as required. Maintaining confidentiality standards as
established. Implementing and conducting treatment as specified in
the treatment plan. Following management directives. Carrying out
additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited
institution. Successful completion of the National Certification
Examination for Registered Physical Therapists. Current state
licensure or eligibility for licensure. 1-3 years of experience in
