Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Part-Time In-Patient Phlebotomist to join our team. This role is essential in our mission to deliver top-quality care by providing professional phlebotomy services to our hospitalized patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blood sample collection and handling while ensuring patient comfort and adhering to safety protocols. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes community health and patient-centered care. Perform blood collection procedures with an emphasis on patient safety and integrity of the specimen. Verify patient information and maintain records of collected samples. Adhere to hospital protocols and infection control standards. Assist in the processing and transportation of specimens. Provide patient care and reassurance during procedures. Proficient in various types of phlebotomy techniques Strong understanding of infection control practices Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with adept record-keeping abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required. BLS Certification preferred.
