$32.00-$42.50/hr (based on experience) $12,000 Sign-On Bonus Shift

Savings Plan with Company Match Registered Nurse (RN) The RN
provides and oversees nursing care, supports rehabilitation plans,
and collaborates with physicians, therapists, LPNs, and CNAs to
ensure the highest standards of care in our facilities We are a
leading long-term care facility dedicated to providing
compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We specialize in
rehabilitation services, helping individuals recover and thrive in

the lives of our residents. Deliver patient-centered nursing care
to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and
progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed,
ensuring compliance with facility protocols. Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to
develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education
and support to residents and their families regarding care plans
and health conditions. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic
environment for residents. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
to ensure quality care delivery. Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and
rehabilitation care. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to
