Job Description:
Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to
maintaining high-quality standards, is seeking a dedicated and
detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their team. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong
organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement,
which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:
Quality Control Technician Location: Gordonsville, TN Pay Range:
$21.00 - $22.75 Shift: 2nd shift (6:00pm - 2:30am) Monday to Friday
What's the Job? Perform line and dock audits to verify quality
standards are maintained Build up and check parts daily to ensure
accuracy and quality Collect samples and data to assist in problem
solving and process improvements Issue quality alerts and rework
instructions with required signatures Communicate any issues or
unsafe conditions to the Quality Engineer and Operations team
What's Needed? Work experience in quality control or related field,
automotive preferably but not required Willingness to cross-train
and learn new skills Ability to work the designated shift and
overtime as required Strong organization skills and attention to
detail Effective decision-making skills and a positive attitude
Visual inspection, ability to conduct repetitive hand gripping,
