Job Description:
R.D. Herbert & Sons, a proud division of Rackley Roofing, is
seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Roofing Sales
Representative to join our dedicated team. Since 1946, our company
has been synonymous with high-quality roofing solutions tailored to
both commercial and residential needs. We are looking for a
motivated individual who can channel this legacy of excellence into
fruitful customer relationships and robust sales figures, helping
us to continuously integrate innovative technologies and
craftsmanship in our projects. Identify and target potential
clients within the commercial sector, creating strategic sales
plans to cultivate and capture new business opportunities. Manage
the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including the
negotiation of contracts and cooperation with project management
teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and
competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and
leverage information to offer superior solutions. Maintain and
strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing
satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing
and operations teams to align sales strategies with the broader
business goals. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and
manage client data in the company’s CRM system. Participate in
networking events, tradeshows, and professional societies to
enhance business development efforts. Proven sales experience in
the construction or commercial roofing industry Strong negotiation
and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver presentations to a
range of prospective clients Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and sales

Life Insurance 401k A valid driver’s license Certification in Sales
or Construction Management (preferred but not mandatory)
