Lead Our Organization as a Sales AgentJASON NEAL is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience, we lead the way in our industry. This role involves learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships with new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar tasks.You will become an expert in training team members and move into the Agency Director role as you master our systems and process. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base
• Research new business opportunities
• Supervise team activity and results
• Train and develop incoming team members
• Daily reporting using Salesforce-based CRM
• Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership developmentRequirements:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate

  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)Licensing Requirements:
