Job Description:

What we need: An administrative assistant that is one step ahead of the game! Specifically, I am seeking an administrative assistant to join a small office that will be supporting the Owner of this marketing company.

Duties of the position:

-Candidate will be creating or editing correspondence related to the office management- grammar, punctuation and pulling out your high school English book would be helpful!

-Working with clients and their budgets, that make you wish you had that much money in your bank account!

-Copies and collates reports: pivot tables, v-lookups, definitely helpful in this task!

-Making travel arrangements for Owner. Don't you wish you could book a trip to the beach?

-Maintaining busy calendars to keep your boss from giving you the evil eye because they missed a VIP meeting.

Nitty Gritty: -3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant in a professional services firm OR -1 year of administrative experience in a professional services firm with Bachelor's degree.

-Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft office, not Word Perfect either!

-PeopleSoft Financial preferred

-Multi-task- juggling at its finest!

-Attention to detail skills, if you like puzzles, this is a position for you! (Here is a test: in your resume, please list your favorite movie when you submit your resume)

-Comfortably work and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.

-Customer service skills, even though they have had asked you the same question 20 times, 20 different ways, maintain your cool, smack on a big smile on your face, and help them with their situation!
