Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
--- This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building
--- Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
--- Partner with field sales to execute meetings
--- Report activity and results on a daily basis
--- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching

Qualifications:

Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
