this new market.
Amanda Howard Sotheby's International Realty (AHSIR) understands
that the market has shifted - and is on the cutting edge of both
technology and channel partnerships to help our agents continue
finding success, regardless of market conditions. Our only goal is
to help our agents sell more houses, by providing the highest
quality leads, the best in industry training and continued support
from our back office to keep you focused on what is important.
What makes AHSIR unique:
We provide our agents with 10-15 tangible showing opportunities
every---single---month. These are consumers that are actively
scheduling an appointment, and have already confirmed that they are
interested in purchasing a home. Arguably the warmest leads you can
get your hands on in the real estate space.
A compensation plan where our agents can expect to make $100k+ on
an annual basis. Almost all brokerages say this, but we have not
just the leads, but the training and continued support to make it
happen.

entire team is focused on one thing and one thing only, selling A
LOT of real estate.
A tech stack to make your job as easy as possible including; a CRM,

succeed in any market, primarily due to our numerous channel
partner relationships. Websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Opendoor
OpCity to name a few, are dominating the online real estate market
- and being in partnership with them allows us to constantly
provide value to our agents month in and month out, regardless of
what the rest of the market is doing. Agents on our team are
opening 2-3 escrows a month within their first 60 days of being
with us. We convert 100's of transactions annually from online lead
sources, and we are just getting started.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Self-determined schedule
Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
