Position Summary:
This position reports to the companys Customer Service Supervisor.The Customer ServiceRepresentative provides administrative support functions to the customer service call center,and management.Primary responsibilities of the position include:Technical support to help select correct productWarranty support to help troubleshoot problems that might arise in the field.Material availability review.Working closely with materials and production to properly support customer needs.Receiving and processing orders.Handling and resolving customer complaints or special orders via mail or phone.Addresses complaints concerning billing or services rendered.Verifying delivery receipts and matching ordersPreparing credits and debits

Requirements:
Candidates must havestrong writtenand communication skills.Ability to interact with customers and troubleshoot difficult issues.Systematic problem solving abilities.Strong organizational/ time management skills.Must be proficient with computerMicrosoft Office.Must be a team player, goal oriented, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
