Job Title - Lead, Army Sales Account Management Job Location - Huntsville, AL Job Code - CS20212601-55650 Job Description: The Lead, Army Sales Account Management will be a key stakeholder in the development and execution of L3Harris Communications System's annual operating and strategic growth plan. The individual will be responsible for capturing current business and the identification of new business opportunities within the Army through new market identification, new partnerships and by means to better meet the needs of existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Army executive agencies to include: Redstone Arsenal, PEO Aviation, Network Cross Functional Team, Army National Guard, Reserve and Active Army units within assigned account and the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center. This position reports into the Director of Army Tactical Communications Business within the Communications Systems business segment. Essential Functions:--

• Meet and exceed annual operating plan.
• Identify and capture new business within the assigned Army account.--
• Support the segment's strategic growth planning (SGP) and annual operating plan (AOP) processes.
• Develop and brief annual account plan to the business; secure resources to achieve plan.
• Develop and present executive level briefings and presentations on business cases that support growth in existing and new markets.
• Work closely with other account managers, business development managers, program management, product line management, engineering and other core functional leaders across the segment and corporate organizational structure.
• Accurate and timely tracking of business opportunities and customer contacts via customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Understand Army weapon, vehicular and aviation systems with strong understanding of associated requirements.
• Know tactical waveforms and communications requirements for the U.S. Army customer.
• Possess strong communication, presentation, negotiation, collaboration and cross functional leadership skills.
• In depth knowledge of DoD requirements and acquisition processes.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience or Graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. Preferred Qualifications
    • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
    • DoD industry experience
    • Ability to travel - up to 25%.
    • Experience working with DoD prime system contractors/integrators.
