- They're looking for a hands-on foreman to lead crews of 2-8 electricians on-site, guide installs, and ensure projects are executed to a high technical standard.
- The Work

• Lead industrial installation projects in heavy industry environments
• Manage and guide your crew day-to-day on client sites
• Interpret Rockwell and Siemens drawings, build material lists, and oversee ordering
• Install and troubleshoot ControlLogix systems, large motors (300+ HP), and MV drives
• Own quality, safety, and deadlines from pre-mobilization through commissioning
• Collaborate directly with engineers to solve problems and refine execution
  - About You
  • You've led teams on major industrial projects before
  • You can build a material list from a set of schematics without blinking
  • You're fluent in tray, conduit, and medium voltage and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • You understand how to install drive systems properly, not just wire them
  • Spanish skills are a plus (you'll often coordinate with bilingual crews)
  • You're open to 80% travel (up to 3 weeks at a time) across the Southeast and beyond
