Job Description:

A company is looking for a Leave & Disability Claims Consultant.
Key Responsibilities

Process complex claims and make informed decisions that may deviate from standard guidelines
Provide direction, develop, train, and mentor less experienced claims staff
Assist in developing and implementing improvement processes and manage work queues for assigned teams

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of industry-related claim systems and practices
Experience managing a small caseload of complex claims
Demonstrated leadership skills
Previous experience in process or system improvement projects
Bachelor's Degree preferred
