Job Title: Senior Construction ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Per Se Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with field management to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Lead and participate in project meetings, including weekly safety meetings and progress updates.
• Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Manage and maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
