Job Family:Technology ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Active Top Secret (TS)What You Will Do:Guidehouse is looking for a Data Analyst subject matter expert (SME). The SME will provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. Performs the following kinds of functions:

• Assists with providing data, as well as building and analyzing trends and indicators.
• Contribute to creating efficiency in the team's processes through automation of data collection, data formatting, and customer deliverables.
• Provides data science expertise to enhance UAM team's ability to build a robust proactive monitoring program.
• Performs analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided.
• Manages the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data.
• Participates in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collects data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries.
• Works closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions.
• Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets.
• Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs;
• Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff;
• Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues;
• Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. -What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
  • Bachelors Degree
  • TEN (10) or more years' of experience in data analysis and/or data scienceWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
    • -Experience providing UAM analytics support for federal programs. -The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00.
