We're growing our team here in Lebanon ,TN:Compensation: $19.00 / HourShift: Sunday - Thursday 6AM - 2PMAbout the job:

• You function as a core member of a team, forming a partnership with our client and fellow staff, providing access control observing and assisting with the flow of staff entering and exiting the building.
• You know how to lead by example, following the same policies, procedures, standards, and regulations we enforce for our client.
• You have knowledge of and are comfortable using computers, software, and mobile devices.
• You are prepared to learn how to use our clients various internal systems and software that will be a core part of your job duty.
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.Your background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • You have a state license if required.
  • Security industry experience required.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
