We are seeking a Principal Program
Analyst who will be responsible for leading program integration
activities across a portfolio projects and programs in support of
the Tactical Aviation Ground Munitions (TAGM) Program Management
Office (PMO). You will work with program managers and project
engineers to implement cost, schedule, and risk management on their
projects and programs. This includes assisting with planning and
executing internal program reviews, weekly program status and
quarterly customer program management reviews. In this role, you
will have frequent interaction with the customer through in-process
reviews and customer visits. To exceed, you must be a proactive,
self-starter with significant technical leadership experience and
excellent communication skills. Required:
- BS or BA degree
- 20 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional familiarity with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework
- DoDI 5000.02
- Possess a demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize
multiple tasks, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and work
independently and on a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate processes and procedures to
program employees, partner organizations, and customers.
- Self-starter that can establish priorities, resolve immediate
issues, and coordinate with customer or program management on
complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working
relationships with team members and customers.
- Experience with standard Microsoft Office products (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint)
- Some travel
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security
