Position Title: Production Scheduling Support

Job Purpose: Oversees and processes all material requirements on any assigned project from order of material until receipt of material. Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases. Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements. Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.

Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Identifies material constraints on any new order received from customers
• Releases requisitions to purchase to the purchasing department
• Once the Production Planner supplies the material status to the material status they will maintain a daily material status and be able to effectively communicates the material position to the production planner.
• Works all material issues due to attrition and other unforeseen issues that may impact the planned production kit releases
• Must be able to multitask and able to fill out weekly reports that are assigned to them.
• Must be organized and be able to talk to suppliers.
  Education and Experience:
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimumof 2-4years related experience
