MULTIPLE OPENINGS AVAILABLEDUTY HOURS: - - -7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - (Monday- Friday with an occasional Saturday)RATE OF PAY: - TBDEDUCATION: - -High School Diploma or GED preferred.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & JOB FUNCTIONS:

• May include operating weed eaters, edgers, blowers, push mowers, or riding mowers as assigned.
• May include mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, or other general grounds maintenance tasks.
• Perform all work as instructed by the crew leader and zone manager.
• Use equipment only for work it was intended for in order to avoid damage to the equipment, the grounds, and other property.
• Know all safety rules concerning your equipment and work according to them. Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed, e.g. PPE worn, proper work methods used, and equipment safety devices are in place and operating. Immediately bring any safety issues to the attention of your crew leader and/or zone manager.
• Observe established break times and the beginning and end of workday times.
• Other duties as assigned.WORKING CONDITIONS:Work will be performed outdoors during the grass cutting season. Outdoor work is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather. Work is expected to continue in light rains. Employee should be able to operate hand tools and power equipment for up to 2 hours at a time on uneven and sometimes rough terrain. Employee should be able to move about on outdoor unfinished grounds, lawns, paved/finished surfaces, and inclines up to 45 degrees. Some moderate lifting (OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the requirements of the job with minimal accommodations.
• Must successfully complete a background check and receive favorable pre-employment drug screen results.
• Must be authorized for coverage under agency insurance if operating agency vehicle have and maintain a good driving record required by the company's fleet safety program.
