POSITION SUMMARY:Bocar US has a need for an experienced Logistics Floor Supervisor for an exciting opportunity with an international company expanding product manufacturing to the US. The Logistics Floor Supervisor is responsible to oversee daily activities of the shop floor, monitor the logistics performance in the plant, and assign tasks appropriately to increase the logistics performance .DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will plan and steer the operational logistics activities of the incoming warehouse and distribution logistics
• Support the controlling of conduction and effectiveness and countermeasures
• Support the definition of short term production plan
• Support the accuracy improvement of SAP logistics master data
• Support the HR development for logistics personnel
• Securing the integrity of material and information flow of the incoming, warehousing/shop floor and distribution processes
• Securing material supply to the production lines to eliminate production stops
• Securing the receiving/delivery windows performance in time
• Enabling the implementation and continuous improvement of logistics standards at the shop floor and warehousesREQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements)
  • Must have a Bachelor of Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Must have 5+ years of experience
  • SAP is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Must be resourceful, have the ability to provide clear and analytical thinking as well as an ability to problem solve and create effective strategies
