Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking an experienced Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to support the Program Executive Office, Missiles and Space, SHIELD Project Office. In this fast-paced office you will oversee the total management of foreign partner programs. You will coordinate with Army cross functional teams in logistics, engineering, testing, training, and transportation. You will work closely with AMCOM, other government offices and industry partners to meet mission requirements.Responsibilities may include:

• Providing input or developing information for procurement planning, forecasting for operating programs and monitoring program authority to include coordinating price and availability (P&A), funds control, and reprogramming, as well as analyzing current and projected funding requirements.
• Assisting in development, preparation, negotiation, and implementation of plans, terms of reference, agreements, and memorandums of agreements between the U.S. and foreign partners.
• Establishing and maintaining liaison with the various DA/DOD agencies involved in matters relating to program planning, logistics management, and related program management activities of the assigned FMS cases.
• Researching and interpreting regulations and policy to develop sound recommendations and courses of action.Required
  • BS or BA Degree
  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • 20% travel
