you to join our team as a Production Planner & Scheduler or
Principal Production Planner & Scheduler based out of Iuka, MS.The
position enables you to work on exciting programs developing
production schedules to meet manufacturing requirements. Our team
uses system tools and works closely with various functional teams
to communicate and ensure production capabilities are maintained.
We drive manufacturing and support teams to meet goals and work to
mitigate and recover any missed objectives. As part of the
Production Control organization, our work is essential to the
overall success of the programs and customers
serviced.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and current schedules
for focus programs detailing the start and complete dates for work
center activitiesPlan, prepare, disseminate, and communicate
program schedules at different levels for management review and
decision-making capabilityUse ERP system to initiate and maintain
manufacturing orders for current and future work supporting part
structure manufacturingCoordinate with other teams to ensure
readiness is maintained and production starts are achievedSupport
work center capacity data development and facility planningSupport
documentation generation for finished goods and production related
shipments to ensure transportation is optimally achievedServe as
liaison between Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
to ensure production has all required inputsOur team excels at
seeing the big picture and enjoys working on projects from cradle

complicated scheduling software challenges as well as working
directly with manufacturing staff to accomplish production goals.

below.Basic Qualifications:Production Planner & SchedulerBachelor's
degree and 3 years of manufacturing or planning work experience, or
Master's degree and 1 years of work experience. Note: an additional
4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Ability
to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program
Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the
company to meet its business needs.Knowledge of production
scheduling processKnowledge of Production Control functionKnowledge
of MS Office tools, specifically Excel and OutlookDemonstrated
understanding of MRP SystemsPrincipal Production Planner &
SchedulerBachelor's degree and 6 years of manufacturing or planning
work experience, or Master's degree and 4 years of work experience.
Note: an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu
of a degree.Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
and Special Program Access within a reasonable period of time, as
determined by the company to meet its business needs.Knowledge of
production scheduling processKnowledge of Production Control
functionKnowledge of MS Office tools, specifically Excel and
OutlookDemonstrated understanding of MRP SystemsPreferred
Qualifications:Manufacturing experience in scheduling

experienceSalary Range: $50,700 USD - $76,100 USDSalary Range 2:
$62,300 USD - $93,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
