Job Description:
Help Desk TechnicianF1 Solutions has an immediate need for a
full time -Help Desk Technician. We are Huntsville's largest and
most trusted outsourced IT provider for small and medium business

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both in person and
remotely
- Install and maintain workstations and networks according to
documented procedures
- Ensure minimal downtime and that SLAs are followed
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all IT systems,
infrastructure, processes and procedures
- Assist clients with desktops, laptops, mobile devices,
peripherals, switches, and other networking technologies that
impact up to a single user.
- Handle patches, upgrades, and software licenses
- Support users with common software applications including Word,
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Great attitude

- Other duties as assignedQualifications
- 3+ years of relevant technology experience, helping end users
in a ticketing environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory architecture, infrastructure, and
management
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 including assigning
licenses and supporting users
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating systems,
spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications
- Significant experience explaining technical subjects to
non-technical users in a friendly, nonthreatening way
- Experience maintaining backups and recovering files for end
users
- Exceptional communication skills and professional
judgement
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work well with clients and coworkers
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct
supervision
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Non-smoker for at least 1 year is required
- MCSE, MCP, RMM tools, and ConnectWise are a plusF1 is very team
