Manufacturing Analyst/ Principal Manufacturing Analyst (Tooling).
This position will be located at our site in Iuka, Mississippi
where technology and teamwork come together. The qualified
applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Manufacturing
Engineering Team working in a collaborative environment while
promoting a positive and proactive teamwork environment. Position
is on-site in Iuka, MS and cannot be performed remotely We seek
Manufacturing Analysts that use a unique skill set that includes a
hands-on approach and act as the production focal point for
management of bill of material and production planning within the
Aerospace sector.ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will
support production, business, and other processes in a team-based
manufacturing environment. Other duties may include:Performing
activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including
production planning and control, total quality management, systems,
manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material
management, and process reengineering.Facilitate self-directed work
teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and
interact with internal and external customers with respect to
product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.We

during eligible shifts.Basic QualificationsThis requisition may be
filled at either a Manufacturing Analyst level or a Principal
Manufacturing Analyst level based on the qualifications
below.Manufacturing AnalystBachelor's Degree with 3 years of
experience in manufacturing, production or inventory control OR
Master's Degree with 1 year of experience in manufacturing,
production, or inventory control. Note: An additional 4 years of
experience in manufacturing, production or inventory control may be
considered in lieu of a degree.Must have the ability to obtain and
maintain a DOD Secret level clearance, including Special Access
Program within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to
meet its business needs.Ability to work any shift depending on
business needsPrincipal Manufacturing AnalystBachelor's Degree with
6 years of experience in manufacturing, production or inventory
control OR Master's Degree with 4 years of experience in
manufacturing, production, or inventory control. Note: An
additional 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production or
inventory control may be considered in lieu of a degree.Must have
the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level clearance,
including Special Access Program within a reasonable period, as
determined by the company to meet its business needs.Ability to
work any shift depending on business needsPreferred
Qualifications:Composites knowledge (i.e. hand layup, automated
layup, cure experience, and/or machining experience)Active Secret
or Top-Secret clearanceExperience in a manufacturing
environment.Experience in an engineering environment.SAP knowledge
or experience.ASBU JobsSalary Range: $57,400 USD - $86,000
USDSalary Range 2: $70,600 USD - $106,000 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
