Your Role: What you'll be doing

• 
  
• We are looking at bringing in a BI Analyst with 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing processes
  
• Person will be responsible for working with Production Engineers, Supply Chain, Quality Engineers and work center supervisors to develop and deploy data driven production & Supply Chain monitoring (metrics and KPIs) to effectively monitor & improve Production efficiency
  
• They will be responsible for conducting workshops and requirements gatherings sessions with business leaders and plant personnels.
  
• They will build wireframes and work closely with the business to ensure metric requirements are documented and incorporated into solutions
  
• They will test metric solutions and train business on how to access and use solutions
  
• They will liaise with Production staff and IT to communicate requirements, increase data literacy and troubleshoot questions from the business about metrics
  
  
  
  Your Background: What education and experience you'll need
  Requires a bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of experience.
  
  • 
    
  • 4 years of directly related experience and relevant professional certifications may be used to satisfy the bachelor's degree requirement.
    
    
    
    Your Background: What skills you'll need
    
    • 
      
    • 3+ years of manufacturing experience
      
    • Significant experience with Siemens Teamcenter and SAP ERP solutions
      
    • Familiar with manufacturing Business Intelligence reporting tools
      
    • Experience in implementing processes in manufacturing environment: testing/deploying/training/troubleshooting
      
    • Six Sigma Green Belt and process improvement experience is highly desired
      
    • Experience translating business needs into report/dashboard requirements
      
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to present concepts and ideas to all levels of the business: new hires through leadership
      
    • Strong analytical skills
      
    • Open to learning new BI skills
