Axient is seeking a -Foreign Military Sales Acquisition Analyst
-to support our customer in -Huntsville, Alabama -Duties will
include, but are not limited to:
Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
acquisition planning and contracts management by providing
senior-level expertise in the development of contract requirements
packagesCoordinate contract requirements across all functional
areas to build a cohesive contract strategy that results in the
best value for the Government for several FMS effortsAssist the
government in developing contracts addressing multiple stages of
system lifecycle, including production, logistics, and technical
-Support in the development Government positions for use during
contract negotiationsDevelop courses of action in activities
including, but not limited to, the detailed preparation of
contracts related program documents for each component and phase of
the LIDS capability; participation in the development of USG
Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE); and, development of
contractual Performance Work Statements (PWS) with concurrent
Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) deliverable
requirementsProvide both technical and cost analysis expertise in
support of proposal evaluation activitiesSupport post-contract
award activities consist of daily contract
management/administration to include assisting with deliverables
tracking, change proposals, modifications, and close
outsParticipate in meetings, to include facilitating integrated
process team (IPT) meetings through leadership as required in
supporting Integrated Product Teams as a subject matter expert,
monitoring minutes, and maintaining actions itemsPrepare and staff
large ($100M+) other than full and open competition
justificationsProvide supporting documentation for Contractor
Performance Assessment Reporting SystemHave proven positive
government customer support and relations.Travel up to 25%,
including internationallyMinimum Requirements:
Must currently possess an active and
transferrable DoD Secret security clearance with current
investigation (or continuous enrollment). - Must be able to
maintain the required clearance.15 years' experience, at least 10
in Government contractingBachelor's degreeDemonstrated experience
with Urgent Operational Needs Strong oral and written communication
skillsProficient use in MS Office 365 Suite including Teams and
SharepointPreferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in
businessSignificant experience with FMS including FMF, BPC and
other pseudo-FMS case typesDemonstrated experience with different
types of procurement, including OTAs, GSA, and MTAExperience with
interagency complex acquisitionsMust meet applicable COVID safety
requirements and protocols. -.001
