Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking an International Programs Management Analyst who will support a Program Executive Office, Missiles and Space Project Office. You will be relied upon to function as the Point of Contact responsible for the National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) Building Partnership Capacity (BPC) programs.Additionally, you will ensure collaboration between the various cross function teams and external security assistance enterprise. Responsibilities may include:

• Preparation of letters of acceptance (LOA) load data, authoring memorandums of agreements between U.S. and designated country, overseeing the development of Statements of Work (SOW) for contract actions, providing technical support during contract negotiations, and supervising the development of a material fielding and new equipment training plans.
• Establishing, coordinating, and maintaining liaison with the functional area offices within security assistance community.
• Program planning, logistics management, material fielding and related program management activities of the assigned BPC cases. Serve as technical monitor for BPC task orders performed under Technical Services contracts, ensuring accountability for execution of the BPC budget.
• Planning, monitoring and reporting overall program cost, schedule and performance activities, as well as risk identification and risk mitigation.Required:
  • BA or BS degree
  • 25 years of direct FMS experience
  • Working knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual and the Defense Security Assistance Management System
  • Some travel
