BILLABLE LABOR CATEGORY: Program Controls AnalystCAREER LADDER TITLE: ConsultantLOCATION: Huntsville, AL JOB DESCRIPTION: This candidate will be responsible for the financial tracking and reporting of multiple contracts and task orders including: Monitoring and tracking program expenditures, preparing and assisting with budgets and forecasts. Preparing estimates to complete and initiate funding requests. Preparing standard monthly cost status reports and contract deliverables. Validating invoices from subcontractors, preparing, and reviewing customer invoices, travel authorizations, and auditing expense reports. Resolving issues and maintaining current work authorizations. Interface with Task/Program Manager to track and provide task order status. Work in an integrated manner with the government customer and the company departments, including accounting and contracts.WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, contracts, or accounting and 2 years of related experienceFamiliarity with Deltek Costpoint or Unanet Preferred.Knowledge of the overall Government contracting cycle and funding process is a plus.Must be a team player, able to multi-task, and maintain a high level of work accuracy.Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent math aptitude, and advanced Microsoft Excel and Word.Must demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be detail-oriented and be able to set priorities.Manage work assignments consistent with due dates and deadlines.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: N/A EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Contracts, or AccountingEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of related experience ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14043 are currently suspended under an injunction pending further litigation.
