The selected candidate will perform the following:Responsible for supporting Contractor System Integration Laboratory (CSIL) Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) activitiesCollaborate with CSIL personnel to ensure quality standards are in place and are routinely accomplished via quality checksSupport fielded major end items (MEI) integration of hardware/softwareDevelop, modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished productsProvides QMA support to preparation of presentation material, review of documentation, sign-off on technical review materials and readiness, attendance at meetings, and support to closeout of review action itemsParticipation in risk management process and support to team in identification of risksPerforms test witnessing to include monitoring/ witnessing preparations for test events and sign-off on final test reports, surveillance of integration and test labs, buy-off/sell-off support, support to test tool development, verification of calibration of monitoring and measuring devices, test hardware, and test softwareCorrective action review and reporting to include monitoring status of corrective and preventive actions and tracking through closure, reviewing/analyzing defect data, monitoring test problem report data and closure status, monitoring causal analysis and resolutionSupport hardware control to Bill of Materials (BOM), First Article Inspections, close-out and delivery inspections and control of end item data packagesAble to conduct/support internal process evaluations and develop process evaluation reportsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:Must have 7 years of related experience in lieu of degree. Will consider: Bachelors degree with 3 years of industry experience or 1 year of experience with a Master's degree within one or more areas: quality, auditing, manufacturing, engineering and/or software-related fieldAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret DOD Secret Security ClearanceMust be able to work on-site in Huntsville, AlabamaMust be able to travel up to 25% of the time.Preferred Qualifications:Integration Lab experienceSAP experienceFamiliar with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9102, and AS6500Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Aerospace and Defense Industry experienceSalary Range: $61,900 USD - $92,900 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
