Our ideal candidates embrace diverse thinking, enjoy partnering with others and are seeking to make a difference!We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of: IT Technician Technician I-III On-Site Position***Active DOD TS/SCI with CI Polygraph - NO EXCEPTIONS***IT Technician I-III - On-Site position General Summary of Responsibilities: Provides complex technical support in areas such as research, design, development, testing, and/or installation.Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing complex technical support to assigned areas, such as research, design, development, testing, and/or installation process improvement
• Provides hardware support to systems
• Responsible for testing, troubleshooting and repairing complex problems
• Responsible for installation and maintenance of computer and/or security systems, including upgrades
• Diagnoses and corrects equipment and system malfunctions which fail to respond to standard corrective measures
• May be responsible for assisting others, including customers, in using audio/video equipment or other special equipment which may be somewhat complex in nature
• May assist in engineering testing and/or experimental testing
• May assist in research work
• May prepare and generate written and/or oral reports on a regular basis
• May provide work leadership to lower level employees
• Provide support for workspace modernization and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Support installation, removal, and relocation of desktop systems and associated peripherals
• Support installation and removal of under floor/overhead network cabling; cabling modifications as needed within communications closets and computer rooms
• On-site PositionRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of electronics training from technical trade school or military technical school or two years of computer training as applicable to the job
  • 1 to 5 years experience in performing setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of network and computer components
  • Must be able to work from schematics, diagrams, written/verbal descriptions or from defined plans
  • Ability to run multiple types of cabling (fiber optic and copper network and electrical) in and between computer racks, above ceilings, under raised floors
  • Ability to climb and work on a ladder
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Active DOD TS/SCI with CI Polygraph - NO EXCEPTIONS***
  • Current Security+ Certification
  • On-Site Position Preferred Qualifications
    • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Experience and/or training with installation of electrical cabling
    • Experience and/or training with installation of telephone and video systems
