As part of a diverse and hardworking team of specialists, you will fulfill a hybrid position spanning across Production Control Specialist and Material Handler roles in support of manufacturing of various spaceflight systems. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of manufacturing deliverables. In this role, you will utilize various reports and scheduling platforms to understand Blue Origin's scheduling needs and coordinate manufacturing activities with the operations team to support those needs. This will include but not limited to Work Order release, managing blockages and Work Order completions. This unique position will also have hands on hardware to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials, parts, consumables and tooling to and from the appropriate work centers spanning across multiple buildings. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to problem solve and recover schedule when met with constraints. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have great attention to detail to improve and maintain data integrity within our systems, which will then enable efficient manufacturing and support on time delivery. Qualifications: * Minimum of high school diploma or GED * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or scheduling environment * Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion * Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted * Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position * Willingness to utilize powered lifting equipment, jib, crane or hoists * This position will be for C shift. C shift is planned to be our weekend shift and will work 12 hours per day/3 days per week Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. * Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
