Logistics Administrator

KBR is seeking to hire an Logistics Administrator to assist in the management of government property and government furnished property from cradle to grave for MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System), GMLRS (Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System), and ATACMS (Army Tactical Missile System) nationally and internationally. This individual must possess knowledge of and experience with non-fielded, fielded, and Government Furnished Property. Individuals shall have a minimum of two-year experience in any aspect of government property management, which consists of, but not limited to procurement, maintenance, inventory, disposal, storage, transfer, site audits, custodial inventories, survey reports, and administrator of property. Assist in establishing, developing and updating property management records, managing and supporting source documentation retention requirements, analyzing and compiling property documents related to financial or loss reporting, and developing briefings and information papers for senior leaders. Individual will assist to summarize and analyze data to provide a detailed assessment of the accountable property program and Supply Chain Management. Individuals will be responsible for performing duties concerned with the accountability of non-expendable items and conducted research in Army IUID Warehouse (AIW), and Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) in order to validate various property's NSN's or LIN's, perform research in Wide Area Workflow eBusiness Suite, IUID Registry, iRAPT and EDA (Electronic Document Access). Individual will retrieve and review item unique identification documentation, Invoices, Receipts, Acceptances letters, Property Transfer details, Inventory Disposal Reports, Inventory Schedule Reports, Scrap warranties, Abandonment letters, Reports of surveys, Receiving reports, Contracts, Contract modifications, Government Bills of Lading (GBLs), Cage codes and DFAS Transactions. Individual will assist in the efforts to request and receive supporting documents as needed and to ensure all contracts with GFP have the correct clauses enabling the government to keep track of and visit all locations in possession of the GFP. Individuals will perform research on Loss Property using DCMA e-tools software application, Property Loss Tool (PLT) & Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening Systems (PCARSS). Individuals will assist in the management of property accountability via Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), 1149, DD Form 2062, DD Form 3161, SF 153, DA Form 3964, or as appropriate for transactions. Individuals will prepare and update slides with graph for meetings and briefings. Individuals will use SharePoint as directed. Individuals will use Adobe Pro to combine multiple files into PDF as needed. Individual will travel to support CONUS site audits as required. Individuals will assist in managing and conducting semiannual physical inventories or more frequently as directed by Logistics Division Chief. Individual will serve as a member of the PEO Internal Review team Level III/IV users of the Army Audit Response Tool (AART) managing collection to submission of documentation supporting government audits under the US Army Materiel Command.

Required Experience:

* HS Diploma and 6-12 years or BS Degree and 2-8 years of relevant experience required. Requires an active Secret Security Clearance.

* Experience in any aspect of government property management, which consists of, but not limited to procurement, maintenance, inventory, disposal, storage, transfer, site audits, custodial inventories, survey reports, and administrator of property required.

* Must be familiar with AR 710-2. Individual must have knowledge of DPAS, Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Adobe Pro.

Desired Experience:

* Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) experience is preferred. Contract experience to include Government Property FAR Part 45/DFARS Part 245 References and clauses is preferred.
