NATURE OF WORK:
--- Purpose of this job is to Conformal coat and Ruggedize Circuit Card Assemblies per Customer specifications ,
--- The perfect candidate would be someone with prior experience in Parylene Coating and the processes and preparations of C.C.A.s leading up to the actual operation of Parylene Process.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Responsibilities will include but not limited to Full capability of Parylene Process.
--- Responsible for Rug and Masking of products to be Parylened.
--- Record keeping for machine maintenance purposes.
--- Set up and break down of Parylene Chambers and all parts involved in performing maintenance on a set scheduled basis as required by Process Engineering.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
--- High school Diploma or equivalent
--- Must be willing to train, and be capable of training, others in the use, operation and all duties included in Parylene Process, and other Conformal coatings and Ruggidization operations as required

Job Requirements:
Load and unload coating machine
Spraying and coating application procedures
Perform any job in the coating department
Document coating process information as per SOP
Set up and calibrate coating equipment
Retrieve fallen lenses from coating machine
Confirm coating type and operation procedure
Load and unload coating machine
Remove any excess coating and perform manual touchup of any areas the coating machine
Weigh coating ingredients as per formula in order to prepare coating solution/color solution
Operate and clean all coating and solution preparation equipment used in the coating operation
Document coating process information as per SOP
Prepare coating solution/color solution
Perform any job in the coating department
Perform product changeovers to the coating machine
Work on the pipe coating line department
Make any machine adjustments necessary during the coating
Recommend process maintanence schedules for all coating equipment
Differentiating coating color on coated coupon or parts
Troubleshooting techinical coating issues in all regionall facilities
