You will support pre-sales design, provide consultative design services, and develop cost estimates for large-scale, complex projects such as data centers, global deployments, and regulated environments like UL2050 and defense projects. • Analyze plans, specifications, and contracts to determine project requirements.
• Provide security system design and consultation, including onsite assessments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for complex projects, including data centers and regulated environments.
• Develop accurate proposals from project specifications and blueprints.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing to meet standards and regulations.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to meet regulatory and customer expectations.
• Lead estimating and design for strategic opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in client meetings to clarify scope and value.
• Coordinate with installation teams for feasibility and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and margins to optimize pricing.
• Stay updated on security technologies and standards.
• Align estimates with company pricing strategies and market competitiveness.
• Present proposals to clients and internal teams.
• Perform additional duties as required.Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems for large-scale deployments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and project collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for federal, defense, and global standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
