IT Training and Integration Specialist *On-Site*
Position Description
CGI Federal is looking for an IT Training and Integration
Specialist to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client in the
Huntsville area. The selected individuals will provide technical
training, project management support, and assist in identifying
best practices to meet client requirements for Army air defense
programs.
Provides training documentation support to include the development
and maintenance of individual training and pre-formatted materials.
Provides training documentation/materials for review, updates
materials, and standardizes training books. Develops and maintains
standard operations procedures. Supports maintaining and exercising
alert notification procedures and supports developing and executing
training with other agencies and organizations.
Your future duties and responsibilities
--- Collaborates with the project manager and client partners to
drive strategic direction and innovation supporting customer
requirements
--- Apply expert domain knowledge, professional principles, and
theories to develop advanced concepts, techniques, solutions, and
standards
--- Instruct classes with varied timeframes, curricula, and student
knowledge levels ranging from beginner to expert
--- Bring proven new ideas and best practices that will enhance
performance
--- Mentors junior members on the team
--- Strong business acumen with the ability to contribute to
overall change management activities
--- Customer service oriented
--- Practices continuous improvement, especially as it related to
improving collaboration and communication within and across
teams
--- Ability to analyze, identify, and solve problems
--- Consistently meet customer deadlines, requirements, and
expectations
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
--- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in information
technology, computer science, information systems or related
field
--- Demonstrated effective communication skills with senior levels
within corporate and customer organizations
--- Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to
formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and
effectively execute in accordance with approved plans
--- Collaboration with functional and technical counterparts and
customers in forming strategies to improve performance and overall
effectiveness of the change management strategy
--- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
--- Excellent oral and written communication skills
--- Active DoD Secret or higher security clearance
Due to the nature of the government contracts this position
requires US Citizenship.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a
reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The
determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $50,000
to $106,800.
