Job Description:
Job Requirements:
* Assemble mechanical assemblies by combining fabricated components
and commercial off-the-shelf (COTs) items
* Reads and interprets mechanical technical data, operating and
maintenance instructions, work process specifications, and
procedure manuals
* Carries out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram
form
Qualifications Required:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Proven work experience as an Assembly Technician or similar
role
* Good hand-eye coordination and diligence to construct parts and
pieces into a final assembly
* The ability to use various hand tools, fixtures, and fasteners to
produce a final product
* Experience using various epoxies and adhesives for bonding
assemblies is a plus
* The ability to follow work instructions, diagrams, and drawings
to construct sub-assemblies or final assemblies
Qualifications Desired:
* Experience with integrating or assembling composite-type
structures
* Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems
