Job Description:

Blazerworks has partnered with the school district in Huntsville, AL, and we are currently seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities:

Implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
Collecting data and tracking progress towards treatment goals
Working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure client progress
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's treatment Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits:
