CACI's Business Systems Operating Group is searching for a User
Experience Customer Focus Lead who will be responsible for
coordinating User Experience activities on a program supporting a
Federal Government customer. The Lead will be the liaison between
customer relationship management teams at operating centers and the
enterprise level user management and requirements teams. Works with
the Chief Customer Focus Lead to develop user experience plans,
designs to improve user capabilities, capabilities to continuously
monitor and evolve methods to improve the user experience.
What You'll Get to Do:
The selected candidate will:
Establish user experience coordination processes and protocols with
center customer relationship management teams and the enterprise
requirements team
Conduct/participate in focus groups, surveys, interviews to
establish baselines and measure improvement
Coordinate user experience measurement results with program and
customer leadership
You'll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
7+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers.
Prior experience leading user management activities for a portfolio
of solutions used by a geographically dispersed user base
SAFe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain higher level
clearance if needed
The ideal candidate will also have:
Prior project management experience on enterprise programs
Prior experience performing the required qualifications on Agile
programs

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is
$79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence
final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location,
Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage
rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and
competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
