We are seeking a Human Resources Representative to support company goals and initiatives by leading training and development and promoting employee engagement activities. In this role, you will create company-wide training, independent learning, and specific training tracks in the HRIS (Workday). You will utilize various methods, such as PowePoint, video, and SCROM files to create this training. Your role will encourage new ways of learning and development as the company grows. The Human Resources Representative will work with others in the Human Resources department to ensure the automated performance management process is operating successfully and is producing the reports and analytics necessary to support employee growth and development. In this position you'll get a chance to interact frequently with employees through the support of a myriad of employee activities to include lunch and learns, wellness activities, and various other initiatives. In addition, you'll addresses inquiries from employees and managers, and provides counseling on policy and procedures. This position requires discretion and professionalism as well as a dedication to team building and employee growth, both internal and external to the department. The ideal candidate exercises the ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills. Required
* BS in Business or Human Resources related field
* Minimum 4 years related experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with HRIS including but not limited to Workday or Namely
* Some travel
* Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Desired
* SHRM or HRCI Human Resources Certifications
* Experience with Workday
