Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a professional,
compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations;
Work with customers during the customer lifecycle touchpoints,
including onboarding hardware and software, pre-season prep,
mid-season troubleshooting, post-season follow-up, and subscription
renewals; Assist with order and returns processing, providing
invoices and up-to-date balances; Find creative and resourceful
