company, is seeking an experienced Senior Level SQL Database
Administrator with an active Secret Clearance to support KMS and
our government customer in Huntsville, AL. We offer competitive

off, and more. Position Overview: Senior Level professional
expected to lead contractor support in SQL database administration
and interface with Cybersecurity and other leadership entities,
Contract Service and Project Managers. Responsible for
Cybersecurity related activities. Dedicated to support
modernization efforts which are embedded within the Operations,
Maintenance and Sustainment staffing plan of customer. This is to
allow seamless communication and collaboration between O&M
staff and modernization efforts. Essential Functions,
Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Direct and monitors installation, configuration, and consolidation
of Database Administration activities and performs all mid-level DB
activities. Designs and modifies database structure and system
interfaces to include data interface and connections between
databases. Support Data synchronization efforts. Primary
Documentation point of contact and responsible for updating all
schematics, configurations, redlined drawings, metric reports,
Requirement documents for new or lifecycle replacements or
expansions and provides briefing data for performance metrics.
Maintains redlined Configuration schematics, user manuals, SOPs,
TTPs, Change Management and provides performance metrics for to the
Project Manager as required. Assign Meta tags and develop search
strategies to be used, user membership rules, record relationships,
and data compression techniques. Maintain Meta Tag library as
required for data analytics within IA and cybersecurity guidelines.
Develops and maintains security provisions to guard against
unauthorized updates, copying, or destruction of databases.
Determines characteristic of data elements and nature of control to
ensure transactions recorded for one function automatically create
file notations, reports, or actions for related functions.
Responsible for Incident and Problem response management and root
cause analysis and all required documentation and communications to
the government for workforce situational awareness. Ensures
policies and procedures for administration control and verification
of data used. Responsible for data class assignments, data
architecture, data standards, and the compilation and cataloging of
data dictionaries. Advises management on such issues as whether
database system should be centralized or de-centralized, type of
database system to be used, data modeling technique to be utilized,
and how it is to be managed. Helps with database system users
concerning database languages and procedures; answers questions on
availability of existing data information, data structure,
processing procedures and the feasibility of modifying existing
structures and processes. Ensure resource management for SAN and
data repositories. Maintains redlined Configuration schematics,
user manuals, SOPs, TTPs, Change Management and provides
performance metrics for to the Project Manager as required. Work
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Education: BS in
Information Technology and a minimum of 60 months DB Admin
experience. IAT Level II or higher Certifications: Security+ CE, 2
CEs. Experience with SQL and Virtual DB environments. Active Secret
Clearance Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a
professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low
to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a
standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to
moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands
to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with
hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the
incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must
be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate
amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move
up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and
