a Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer. This position will be
located in Roy, Utah or Huntsville, AL and will support the
Strategic Deterrent Systems Division to include the Sentinel (GBSD)
program. The selected candidate does not need to have an active
clearance, but must be able to obtain a security clearance prior to
starting in this role. This position may be filled at a higher
level based on qualifications listed below.**_What you'll get to
do:_**+ Work with both Program Managers and technical teams to
develop and mature architecture content of large programs design.+
Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the
system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model.+
Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture
(behavioral, structural, analytical)+ Collaborate with program IPT
counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design
artifacts+ Contribute to system requirements development,
management, and analysis+ Develop unifying model techniques,
procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration,
and team integration)+ Communicate and train other systems
engineering teams on modeling process & procedures+ Take content

is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour
day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.**Job
Qualifications:****You'll Bring These Qualifications:**--- A
Bachelor's Degree and (appropriate years of experience based off
level - education & experience below):+ level 3: 5+ years of
related engineering experience; 0+ years with Master's degree (at
least 1 degree must be STEM discipline)+ level 4: 9+ years of
related engineering experience; 7+ years with Master's Degree; 4+
years with PhD (at least 1 degree must be STEM discipline)+ US
Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret
security clearance+ Experience with requirements
management/analysis/allocations using tools such as DOORS (IBM
Rational)+ Experience with complex system development on large
programs+ Knowledge/experience of Software and Hardware
design**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**+ Active DoD
Secret/ Top Secret clearance, granted or re-investigated within
last 6 years or in continues evaluation+ Experience modeling with
Cameo Enterprise Architecture, MagicDraw (No Magic, Inc.) or other
architecture modeling tools+ Experience with SysML, UML or DoDAF
modeling languages+ Experience with flight
hardware_\#GBSDsystems_Salary Range: $90,400.00 - $135,600.00Salary
Range 2: $112,000.00 - $168,000.00Employees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
