Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - PulaskiUnder the direct supervision of the manager and/or shift charge nurse performs general clerical and communication duties in accordance with hospital policy, procedures, and standard of care. -Is responsible for observing monitors for cardiac rhythms and CareView bed monitors and reports alterations in pattern to the nurse. -Reports episodes of patients attempting to get up unassisted to nursing staff as noted via the CareView monitor. -Uses the nurse call system to communicate with patients, families, and staff.
