Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Harris Healthcare business unit as a Manager of Cloud Deployments to provide visionary leadership over product cloud planning, configuration, installation, provisioning, and optimization of our production cloud environments. You will also establish the policies and procedures to manage our SaaS environments consistent with ISO-27001 practices and work collaboratively with all departments on the business unit's technical infrastructure roadmap for existing products as well our next generation EHR solution!

This position will report to the Director of R&D. It is a full-time remote, work from home role, open to candidates in the US and Canada.

We have built a world class, comprehensive, fully integrated, patient-centric electronic record system. The solution automates healthcare delivery documentation while providing clinical decision support and supporting best practices.

Job Description/ Your Impact will be

* Planning, direction, and control of our cloud technical activities
* Work with Management team to develop plans, budgets, policies, and procedures to achieve the organization's cloud objectives
* Provide technical input and guidance on all matters related to cloud readiness for product development for both our existing and our next generation EHR solution
* Develop, implement, and maintain security policies for our worldwide cloud deployments
* Communicate and provide ongoing executive updates, prioritize initiatives, and escalate roadblocks to executive leadership
* Communicate industry trends and emerging new technologies that can provide the organization with a competitive advantage
* Participate in multiple projects concurrently in diverse global markets
* Regular process review to improve efficiencies wherever possible while complying to our ISO standards
* Other job duties as assigned

What we are looking for

* Technical
* Engineering degree and / or technical background delivering computer-based solutions, a background in IT, or computer systems engineering
* 5+ years Information Technology experience with a proven track record in deploying automation, SaaS operations, internal and external SaaS infrastructure, security, and cost management
* Experience with Microsoft Azure for managing a production SaaS environment
* Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux based environments. Shell scripting.
* Software development experience, including cloud development with experience such as scripting, REST APIs, automated deployments (Kubernetes) and databases
* Full understanding and experience with microservice architectures
* Understanding of agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) a plus
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels including in virtual situations
* Experience listening to customers to understand their perspective and to provide solutions that exceed their expectations
* Drive best practices for all technical services processes including product delivery, rollout, feedback, and internal/external communication
* Work well independently and virtually.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication; communicating clearly and comprehensively to senior executives and technical experts
* An understanding of production software support and project management methodologies

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA, Helix, Confluence
* ISO certification and compliance experience
