Responsibilities Reach out to relevant social media influencers and research new media opportunities in our industry Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our social media accounts with well-written, on-brand content Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities Build our online brand with the help of our digital marketing staff Manage the work of the social media team and ensure deadlines are metEffectively plan and prioritize a high volume of requests and follow through in a timely mannerDevelop best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processesResearch and suggest original content based on what's trendingDo quality control: review and approve all preliminary and final postsMonitor post replies (keep your finger on the pulse of these communications)Establish, track, and report on KPIs Troubleshoot and resolve any media problems (technical issues, policy violations, etc.) Stay informed of any major changes to media (new opportunities or threats)Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience Deep knowledge of current industry trends across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Has experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video 1-2 years of management experienceExperience and knowledge of the Real Estate industry preferredPossess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team playerDemonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and ability to articulate ideas and build relationshipsCompensation $50,000 yearly About BrickDriven RealtyOur firm was founded in December 2012 upon the foundation of the needs and desires of Inside Sales Agents.
