Job Description:

We work with the largest retailers in the nation to provide their customers with exclusive access to top-of-the-line brands and products. Due to increased demand from both their clients and retail partners, we are currently hiring an Assistant Event Coordinator immediately.

Assistant Event Coordinator Responsibilities :
Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event
Coordinate event activities including event setup, visual merchandising and inventory control
Process, generate and track event sales
Coordinate event logistics, timelines and schedules
Serve as Event Manager when necessary

Assistant Event Coordinator Requirements :
1-2 years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience
Positive attitude and competitive spirit
Able to problem solve effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
Strong desire to work in the retail/ marketing/ sales or promotional event field
