Command System (IBCS) technical staff. The position supports the US
Army IBCS, which is a ground transportable, tactical integrated air
and missile defense command and control system. Put your experience
to work as a Technical Trainer to assist with the implementation
and execution of worldwide training operations supporting the US
Army customer foreign military sales (FMS) case, Poland.This
position is located in Huntsville, Alabama with possible relocation
to Warsaw Poland at equipment fielding in early to mid-year
2023.Duties include:Designs, schedule, delivers and tracks
technical trainingEstablishes training and education modulesEnsure
consistency in the delivery of technical training and
on-boardingPerforms maintenance and maintainability demonstrations
for customersReviews handbooks for technical adequacyThis position
requires extended travel to multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations
including Poland.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors in Science Degree
with 5 years' experiencePossess experience with Air Defense
SystemsAbility to Travel domestically and internationallyMust
posses an active Secret Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship
requiredProvides train-the-trainer programQualifies all area
trainers for content deliveryPartners with the functional area,
develops training materials, knowledge assessmentsDevelops Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinates knowledge
assessmentPossess a complete understanding of technical
applications in the fieldIndependently determines and develops
approach to solutionsEnsures solutions are consistent with WIS--A
IBCS objectivePreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree with 3
years' experienceKeeps abreast of training and development
research, learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials,
methods and techniquesComplete understanding and wide application
of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the fieldProvide
technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problemsSolutions
are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with
organization objectivesRepresents the organization in providing
solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific
projectsAbility to speak PolishMay develop and deliver
presentationsLiaison frequent inter-organizations and outside
customer contactsExceptional organizational skillsSalary Range:
$76,200 USD - $114,400 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
