Summary
The Sales Executive simultaneously partners with the agents and the in-house marketing team to support higher levels of success. The position includes but is not limited to answering phones, managing database records and documents, providing support to agents, assisting with contracting, and contributing to any needed ad-hoc projects or customer service requests. This position works in a partnership with the marketing team to ensure the Agent & Sales experience is efficient, effective, and most importantly positive.
Specific Responsibilities of the Job
Recruit and develop new agencies and brokers Service and retain top agents
Make outbound calls to existing and new agents
Work with new and existing agents/agencies on contracts, support, certifications, etc.
Present products and sales techniques to new and existing agents (phone, virtual, in-person); train on products and selling tools
Develop recruiting and training materials Work with marketing department; assist in lead development, recruiting ideas and advertising Initiate and drive projects within marketing team
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales and growth; helps create business processes that drive results
Work with leadership to drive sales forecasting, planning and budgeting used within sales organization
Contribute to the requirements needed to achieve sales, profit and strategic objectives of the organization
Attend sales meetings, trade shows, industry training seminars as needed.

Effective time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills * Problem solving, critical analysis, and decision-making skills are essential
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Exceptional people skills--strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must (grammatically proficient)
Ideal candidate must be very high energy with a positive, can-do attitude and be a proactive self-starter.

Education:
High School Diploma required
4-year college degree preferred (Business or Marketing preferred)

Work Environment:
Office environment with moderate noise level and regular office hours.
Frequent phone calls and e-mail messages to address
