Position Summary:The Employee Assistance Office (EAO) within the Office of Human Resources at UW-Madison is recruiting an Office Manager to manage the internal Employee Assistance Office. This key position is responsible for being the first point of contact for all receiving services for counseling and consultation. It includes maintaining calendars, waiting lists and schedules for the EAO Director and Counselor/s. In this role, the office manager manages a data base and implements several surveys to measure effectiveness of services. All reports and programs are prepared by the office manager, which includes an annual report with multiple sources of data as well as powerpoints for training programs. Additionally the office manager helps create, edit and distribute EAO newsletter. In this role, the office manager promotes services at Benefits Fairs and other events. The confidentiality of this position is key in interactions with clients and associated scheduling and records. The office manager reports to the EAO Director.
